+ Your fellow Creatives depend on you - ensure you are punctual and are quick to be on the phone when things dont go according to plan.+ You help out where its needed - there are no department boundaries in Red.+ You give it your all to create great guest experiences.+ You communicate within fellow Creatives . constantly.+ You offer ideas, make suggestions and encourage fellow Creatives - for the benefit of guests, the venue and your colleagues.+ You know this is a job about flexibility - you are as comfortable serving behind the counter in the OuiBar, waiting tables, serving RedEvents, sweeping the doorway as you are greeting guests, helping them navigate the Venue and ensuring that their RED experience starts well and just gets better & better.You have great guest experiences front & centre and this means you:1. Welcome guests, take them through the registration steps (if they havent already done it on line) and give them relevant Venue & destination information.2. Follow Hi-All Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including registration, credit approval, billing, reservations & communications.3. Are ready to make the Red experience fantastic by providing knowledgeable and current recommendations.4. Head off problems before they happen by recognising guest cues and anticipating needs.5. Make things right as soon as they go wrong. This means you show empathy and do whatever it takes to resolve a problem, which should be always to the satisfaction of the guests.6. Shake you shaker and stir your stirrer - making cocktails on RED roof will be a breeze following these SOPs of superb cocktails or keeping an eye on our guest to ensure they are all sorted.7. Act as a hub of communication for the Venue - you pass on information which makes things better for the guests and easier for your fellow Creatives.8. You follow all OuiBar and RedEvents SOPs including service steps, up-selling, control, billing and food & drink safety measures.9. You know the menu - whats in what and help other Creatives with this.10. You care about the planet and the business - food waste is the enemy and you work constantly to keep it to a minimum and you are always looking for new ways to conserve energy and water.11. You have undertaken Rezidors Food Safety training and follow safe food practices.12. You know what RedEvents bookings are planned and you order and prepare for them.13. You know what business patterns there are likely to be on the basis of guests in house and business activity in the neighbourhood and you prepare for this accordingly.14. You re-order food, disposable and cleaning material items according to established par stock levels.15. You ensure that all OuiBar service equipment is clean and sanitised.16. You ensure that the daily cleaning schedule is completed to the required standard.17. You do an equipment inventory every 3 months and raise orders to brink stock back to par levels.18. You are familiar with and follow the hotels fire safety procedures.19. You work in a safe manner so as not to harm yourself or fellow Creatives.20. You have the highest standard of personal hygiene and your Red clothing is always well-presented.21. You take the time to talk to guests, you are genuinely interested and listen to them so they feel special & welcome.22.
