Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct front office staff, including front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.
  • Ensure proper completion of all front office duties and training of staff.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Monitor and enhance customer service and sales strategies to increase corporate business.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism in all interactions.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Front Office Supervisory role in 4-5-star establishments.
  • Grade 12 and computer literate.
  • Proficient in Opera System.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Resilient, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Polite, friendly, and able to think on your feet.
  • Well-spoken and well-presented individual.
  • Strong administration skills.
