Job Summary The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reception and guest services at this prestigious Estate. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating reservations, and ensuring guests and visitors receive a seamless experience.Candidate Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Hospitality diploma or degree
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Must be fully computer literate and have practical experience working on Opera
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships
  • Service focused personality is essential
  • Previous leadership experience required and be able to lead and motivate a team, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
  • Must have great communication and strong networking skills
  • Knowledge of Conference coordinating, quoting and planning
  • Able to do Forecasting and Reporting and Roster planning
  • A passion for people and hospitality is essential
  • The ability to stay organized and work under pressure
  • Must be a confident and goal orientated individual
  • Good communication skills - oral and written is essential
