Front Office Manager - StellenboschJob SummaryThe Front Office Manager will ensure smooth and efficient operations in the department through prompt, effective, and proper reservation service to achieve maximum room revenue by meeting or exceeding the revenue target. Supervise and train the reservations team, switchboard, reception and night staff. Implement policies and procedures. Forecasting, budgeting and reporting responsibilities. Along with managing the Hotel, Homestead and Local Restaurant Reservations while providing exceptional service and communication to guests.
