Job Description
Are you a skilled Frontend Developer looking for an exciting opportunity? Join a marketing company to manage, maintain, and develop web frontends, portals, and custom CMS suites. Based in Somerset West.Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of development experience
- Experience in TypeScript and JavaScript 4+, Angular, NodeJS, NPM, HTML and CSS
- Experience with HTTP / JSON API best practices, Git
- Experience in PostgreSQL or other databases will be advantageous
- Experience in PHP development is beneficial
- Experience working with video codecs will be an added advantage
Maintain and develop existing web platforms:
- Maintain and develop existing Angular-based web platforms
- Prioritise and address bugs and features
- Liaises with internal stakeholders on requirements and specifications for fixes and features
- Prototype and improve UI and UX with stakeholders
- Perform user acceptance testing
- Mock ups and prototypes for new required web frontends
- Liaise internally to scope work and design architecture
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements
- Develop new systems
