Achieve top line Revenue and Volume plan DTS.
Achieve top line Revenue and Volume plan Distributors.
Control all operating costs & ensure all salesmen return cartons.
Motivate & lead the area team to achieve the highest standard of in-trade execution excellence.
Monitor Sales & KPI activities & ensure all route sales targets are achieved.
Coach, train & develop Sales Representatives using company training & development programmes.
Performance manage subordinates in accordance with company standards & policies & in conjunction with HR Manager & ASM/RSOM recruit as necessary to maintain a full staff compliment.
Coordinate Area account plans to ensure areas delivery towards the regional plan.
Review & present Revenue, Volume & Profitability actual/forecast Vs plan to ASM/RSOM.
Identify white space business opportunities & implement agreed plans to overcome shortfalls to ensure continuous business growth.
Monitor monthly EHS stats and collaborate with HR to drive corrective behaviour.
Monitor company resources issued to Sales Representatives according to company standard & policies.
Qualifications:
3 year tertiary qualification in a business-related field
People management experience
Financial Acumen
Computer literacy
Code 8 Drivers licence
