Job Opportunity: Frontliner at Specsavers Westville Junction (KZN)Specsavers Westville Junction is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused frontliners to join our dynamic team. We have immediate vacancies for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting patients upon arrival
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Handling inquiries and providing information on optical products and services
- Processing payments and managing billing transactions
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or optometry setting is an advantage
