Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced call centre agents to work in our sales department. Focused on both acquiring new clients (FTD) and retaining existing ones, this role requires individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to excel in the fast-paced world of financial services. There are two sales teams, one focused on new business generation and the other focused on retention. Both teams need to be filled.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Use our CRM system to efficiently manage leads and client interactions.
2. Engage with potential clients via outbound calls to introduce our services and convert leads into First Time Depositors (FTDs).
3. Build rapport with existing clients to understand their trading needs and provide personalised assistance and support.
4. Proactively reach out to existing clients to promote new products, features, and trading opportunities.
5. Achieve and exceed monthly targets for both acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
6. Continuously update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimise strategies for lead generation and client retention.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a call centre environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with financial markets and trading terminology is advantageous but not required.
