Where will the successful candidate fit in?
Our Outbound Telesales Sales Agents fit within the heart of our Consumer Division. The primary responsibilities of this position are Cold Calling, cultivating leads, pipeline management, Generating Sales Leads and monitoring chat platforms.
Key Objectives
Inbound and Outbound calls to achieve monthly sales targets
Developing creative techniques to generate sales leads
Contact new customers to explain how their connectivity needs could be met by specific our products and services
Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
Emphasise product features based on customer requirements to ensure to assist in closing the deal
Monitor Chat platforms
And any other reasonable task

Requirements
Completed Grade 12
Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
2 years' proven telesales experience (IT related environment advantageous)
Strong ability to identify sales opportunities
Customer service orientated
Target and Sales driven
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
