Job Description
Are you a Fullstack Developer looking for your next big break?A major real estate company in Johannesburg is looking for an energetic and skilled development lead to head their development team. The ideal candidate should excel in full stack development, especially within the .NET framework, and possess strong leadership abilities to effectively guide and organize the team to meet deadlines efficiently.Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and maintenance in .NET framework.
- Actively participate in coding and offer technical expertise and ensure quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with team to review code and assess feasibility.
- Take ownership of software releases and align with business objectives and prioritize data security, integrity, and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for improved solutions through stakeholder collaboration and maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven experience in full-stack development using .NET framework.
- Proficient coding skills and solid understanding of software architecture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Previous leadership or management experience in development team.
- Project management or Agile certification advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years development experience required.
- Minimum 3 years experience leading a team and in management.
