Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and maintenance in the .NET framework.
- Actively participate in coding, offer technical expertise and ensure quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with the team to review code and assess feasibility.
- Take ownership of software releases, aligned with business objectives and prioritize data security, integrity, and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for improved solutions through stakeholder collaboration, maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven experience in full stack development using .NET framework.
- Proficient coding skills and solid understanding of software architecture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Previous leadership or management experience in development team.
- Project management or Agile certification advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years development experience required.
- Minimum 3 years experience leading a team and in management.
