• Oversee the complete software development process, from initial design to final deployment, utilising both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Keep up with the latest industry advancements, implement best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other key stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect scalable systems, optimising performance while adhering to industry best practices.
• Maintain high coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and execute extensive testing procedures.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 6 years experience within Full Stack Development with strong expertise in front-end, back-end, and service-oriented technologies.
• Proficient in C#, .Net, Azure DevOps, JSON, OOP, SQL, MVC, Web Services (RESTful or WCF), Entity Framework, Unit Testing, SSRS, .Net Core, and Visual Studio.
• Experience with frameworks and methodologies such as WPF, MVC, ASP.Net.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and cloud platforms.
• Strong background in database management, API development, and secure coding practices.
• Leadership experience, including team mentoring and fostering a positive work environment.
• Experience in automation for build, test, and deployment processes is beneficial.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in both front-end and back-end development.
• Extensive experience with C#, .Net, .Net Core, ASP.Net, MVC, and Entity Framework.
• Expertise in web services (RESTful or WCF), JSON, OOP, and SQL.
• Knowledge of WPF for desktop application development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and project management.
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of database management systems like SQL Server.
• Proficient with SSRS for report generation.
• Skilled in secure coding practices, including data encryption and hashing.
• Experience in build, test, and deployment automation.
• Ability to design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.
