You'll take the lead on building, optimizing, and scaling a powerful SaaS platform while leading a small, growing development team. As the company scales, this role will evolve into a more senior leadership position, offering significant growth potential.In this role, you will be 70% hands-on coding and 30% technical leadership, working closely with the CTO and executive team to shape product strategy, scale the technology, and mentor a talented team of developers.What You Will Do

• Lead full-stack development, designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software solutions.
• Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions to ensure the platform scales effectively.
• Mentor and grow a development team, creating a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver features that enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality standards.
• Explore emerging technologies and innovative solutions to keep the platform at the cutting edge.

• Scalability & Performance: Ensure the platform can handle increased demand.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Implement and maintain high development standards.
• Feature Delivery: Work with stakeholders to roll out key product improvements.
• Team Growth & Development: Mentor developers and support their career progression.

Requirements to Apply

• 10+ years of software development experience with a strong full-stack background.
• 5+ years of leading and mentoring software teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
• Expertise in C# / .NET Core, React, Node.js, Next.js, Azure, SQL Server, Angular/Ionic.
• A passion for solving real-world problems through technology and improving people's lives.
• A mindset of ownership, accountability, and impact-driven leadership.
• AI/ML experience is a bonus but not required.
