• Develop and implement clinical web applications that align with our strategic goals.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure the robustness, usability, and reliability of the software.

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum of 4 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating proficiency in Tailwind, React.js, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript & PostgreSQL.

• Proficient in building intuitive user interfaces with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks and knowledgeable in web fundamentals to create cross-platform, crossbrowser compatible applications.

• Familiar with software development methodologies and version control (BitBucket), continuous integration (Jenkins), and project management tools (Jira).

• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders, and strong collaboration skills.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

• The capacity to adapt to new technologies and challenges with a forward-thinking mindset and eagerness to contribute innovative solutions to the development process.

• Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) is desirable.

• Knowledge of security best practices, including experience in implementing security protocols and data protection measures.

• Experience in healthcare technology or working with clinical systems is a plus.
