Full Time Lecturer

Our client in the Higher Education industry is currently looking for a Full-Time Lecturer, in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.Responsibilities:

Lecturing and Student Workshops: Deliver lectures, facilitate support workshops, and conduct experiential learning sessions.
Teaching and Learning Support: Enhance campus teaching standards through peer assessments, mentorship, and quality assurance reviews.
Student Intervention: Provide one-on-one consultations, address performance issues, and support developmental skill-building workshops.
Research and Development: Engage in research, book reviews, and academic writing, contributing to faculty development.
Team and Campus Support: Support the academic team with campus events, registration, orientation, and audit processes.

Requirements:

LLB (Admitted Attorney)
2 to 3 years of Lecturing or Formal Tutoring.
1 to 3 years of industry-specific experience in area of specialization.
Master of Laws Degree (LLM)
Studying towards PhD would serve as an addended advantage.
Evidence of Postgraduate research supervision or a Final year/LLB Students research Supervision.
Experience: At least 3 years of lecturing in higher education and relevant industry experience.
Skills: Strong lecturing, mentoring, problem-solving abilities, MS Office proficiency, and understanding of teaching, learning, and assessment frameworks.
