A new opportunity for a receptionist has opened up. You will run the practice's operations, help guide the patients, and complete the administrative tasks with attention to detail. We need a receptionist who communicates effectively to help the practitioners manage their patients.

Core functions / Responsibilities:

Booking and receiving patients into the practice
Assist in the management of the practice and its practitioners
Answering and making phone calls
Making bookings for new and follow-up patients
Accurately capturing contact details for each patient
Management of patient distribution
Coordination between patients and practitioners
Article review and website management
Management of account queries

Requirements:

Fluent in Afrikaans and English*
Professional appearance*
Strong computer literacy is essential*
Leadership qualities with good communication skills*
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities*
A dynamic, friendly, hardworking, and professional nature*
A background in sales will be considered favorable*
A keen interest in social media marketing*
Commitment to providing exceptional service to patients and support to colleagues*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R9000,00 - R15000,00 per month
