This role involves working closely with clients to analyze their business processes, provide expertise in system configuration, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs.What youxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2ll do:Client Engagement:

• Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with clients.
• Understand and document client business processes and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Solution Design:

• Analyze client requirements and design appropriate solutions.
• Develop functional specifications and system design documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and effective.

Implementation:

• Configure and customize software applications according to client requirements.
• Lead testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption.

Project Management:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
• Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and tools.

Your expertise:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful software implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management principles and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant software applications and technologies (e.g., ERP, CRM, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelorxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with specific software platforms relevant to the companyxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s offerings.
• Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., PMP, ITIL).
• Advanced knowledge of business process modeling and re-engineering.
