Job Description


:The Principal Officer of TFG Retirement Fund is looking for a Fund Coordinator to drive the execution of Fund's communication plan and to assist with various activities to support the functioning of the Fund's Communication committee and the risk benefit portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Fund's annual communication plan.
  • Arrange annual schedule of communications meetings.
  • Preparation of agendas.
  • Attendance at meetings and drafting of minutes.
  • Monitoring completion of action items.
  • Co-ordinating of inputs required for communications dashboard.
  • Assist with putting together PPT presentations.
  • Ensuring artefacts related to fund communication is kept up to date on various communications platforms.
  • Any co-ordination related to scheduling meetings, arranging travel, arranging roadshows, booking venues, etc.
  • Bringing up to date and maintaining the benefits matrix for all ROA countries.
  • Assisting with documenting retirement, disability and funeral benefit claim processes in each country.
  • Arranging annual renewal of risk benefits
  • Assisting the Principal Officer of the retirement fund with any ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
