Our client that has been in the property development, investment, and management business for over 40 years, is looking to beef up their fund administration team after a recent internal promotion. Originally established as an in-house property management initiative to support the commercial development and investment of the group, they have now become experts in safeguarding the Group's real estate assets using a proactive approach and sound property expertise.
They only hire people with exceptional MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) who are able to communicate and form relationships with high-net-worth individuals and stakeholders, who have a high level of attention to administrative detail. Reporting directly to the Fund's CEO, this role seeks to ensure that information flows accurately and efficiently between the executive management, it's service providers & investors. From overseeing the external valuation process to taking minutes, sourcing data, formulating prospectus packs and managing complicated agenda task tracking, this role will certainly have you on your feet and therefore require someone who is able to manage their own time optimally. A mature but fast-paced individual is sought who is able to work well within this busy team which relies on each other for accurate information which might need to be supplied at a moment's notice.
