The small, close-knit team values collegiality and flexibility in serving its members.We seek a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Manager/Fundraiser to lead our clientsxe2x80x99 multi-channel approach to develop good business/fundraising initiatives. This will happen by writing a few big grant proposals a month.Words that describe you:

Requirements/Experience:

• Proven experience in securing funding from diverse sources
• Strong proposal writing and content creation skills
• Excellent networking with foundations, trusts, government, and corporate donors.
• Self-motivated and impact-focused
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Grant Coordination: Identify and track grant opportunities
• Draft proposals and gather supporting documents
• Manage a central database of submitted proposals
• Track submissions and co-ordinate fundraising meetings
• Oversee Monitoring & Evaluation:
• Coordinate funder reporting and encourage knowledge sharing.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster partnerships for sustainable development.
