Having recently successfully expanded the size of their portfolio, they are looking to appoint an action-oriented Portfolio Manager to maintain the high standard they have for their portfolio. This esteemed organization is committed to excellence and is renowned for its impressive portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties.The new Portfolio Manager, reporting to the COO, will be based at their Head Office in Cape Town full time. Your duties will involve:
- Leasing (negotiations and renewals): To ensure that vacancies remain minimal.
- Budgeting and reporting: Making sure that all debt is recovered, and invoices are paid on time.
- Facilities management: Ensuring that facilities are maintained and that operations remain within set budgets.
