Gap Cover Assessor - Cape TownJob Summary"Gap Cover Assessor (JB5016) Cape Town, Western Cape R20 000 - R28 000 CTC per month Permanent Our client, a prominent provider of innovative and flexible solutions centered around health, wellness, and financial security, is seeking a gap cover assessor to join their team. This position involves validating claim documentation, managing communication with clients, brokers, and medical professionals, and adhering to service turnaround times. As a Claims Assessor, you will contribute to the success of the department by meeting daily claim targets, resolving escalated claims, and maintaining up-to-date workflow queues. If you are self-motivated, thrive under pressure, and have a can-do attitude, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team. Minimum Requirements: Matric 2 years experience in similar role Good negotiation skills and effective in dealing with customers and meeting their expectations Good understanding of how medical aids work and operate Ability to apply administration principles and work with detail and a high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office
