Do you have a passion for landscape beauty, nature, and maintaining pristine outdoor environments?A renowned hospitality company is seeking a dedicated Gardens & Grounds Supervisor to lead the care and presentation of its stunning grounds and gardens!CPT | Onsite | Permanent | R10k - R13.5k pmKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily maintenance and presentation of gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas
- Supervise and guide a team of gardeners and grounds staff
- Plan and implement seasonal planting, landscaping projects, and improvements
- Ensure all outdoor spaces meet luxury hospitality standards
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems, garden equipment, and health of plant life
- Enforce safety standards and manage groundskeeping schedules
- Proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, or groundskeeping in a luxury or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of plants, soil care, pest control, and irrigation systems
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, welcoming environments
