Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Mining
GCC in Mining/ Manufacturing
5-9 years of experience in the Mining industry
Willing to relocate to Ermelo
Mining engineers plan, design, and oversee mining operations. Responsible for ensuring the efficient extraction of minerals while also adhering to safety and environmental standards. Planning and design Design mines and mine shafts, Conduct geological and geotechnical studies, Develop and implement safe and efficient mining methods, and Optimize extraction techniques. Safety and health
Develop and implement safety protocols to protect workers from hazards like cave-ins, explosives, or exposure to harmful substances
Monitor the health and safety of a mining project
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
