Responsible for liaising and coordinating with Headquarters (HQ) - operations and logistics
Responsible for the daily management, overall planning and coordination of the departments.
Responsible for the overall management of the company's administrative logistics services: supervise the execution of logistics work and provide suggestions for improvement.
Responsible for uploading and issuing company administrative affairs; responsible for the review and standard management of office expenses, responsible for coordination between various departments.
Propose improvement plans for the company's organizational structure design.
Responsible for the company's personnel recruitment, cooperate with the implementation of the company's personnel reserves, employee career development and talent retention plans to meet personnel vacancies in various positions.
Responsible for the preparation of the company's annual training plan, supervising the implementation of various departments, inspection, and summary.
Responsible for liaising with HQ Human Resources Department, handling the companies personnel appointments, interviews, recommendations, labour contract management
Responsible for implementing and improving the salary and welfare system and supervising its implementation; during the implementation stage.
Assist the heads of each department to implement the performance appraisal of subordinates and organize and analyze the performance appraisal results.
Responsible for corporate culture construction, department 6S management, and employee relationship management.
Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of incoming and outgoing raw materials, inventory management.
The formulation of the organizational structure of the raw material warehouse personnel, coordination of the work between the purchasing department, the planning, the production, and the warehousing department.
Review the raw material warehouse operating standards and the formulation, revision, and maintenance of operating procedures.
Carry out the inventory of raw materials according to the requirements of the Finance Department.
Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of raw material warehousing as required and conduct routine inventory every year.
Coordinate the product inspection department to put the components into storage in a timely and accurate manner.
Complete the delivery task in a timely and accurate manner according to the planned arrangement.
Coordinate the production department and the inspection department to carry out the inventory of finished components.
Carry out the inventory of finished components according to the requirements of the Finance Department.
Responsible for checking the entry and exit of the raw material ERP system.
Responsible for checking the warehousing and shipping plans of finished components of the ERP system.
Responsible for checking the hidden safety hazards of the warehouse & implementing them.
Responsible for checking to ensure that the warehouse site management conforms to 5S management specifications.
Responsible for controlling department budget, reducing company cost.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Economics or relevant fields is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
10 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment; and with more than 5 years of middle and top management experience.
