You must be able to multitask effectively.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOffice Cleaning and MaintenanceMaintain common areas clean, tidy always and in orderly condition, Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, vacuum cleaning carpets. Cleaning and stocking restrooms. Removing rubbish. Notify management of the need for repairs. Performs general clean-up of all office facilities. Create and maintain cleaning schedule. Ensures that all ad hoc cleaning needs are attended to.Office Supplies ControlEnsure that office supplies are constantly available. Limit misuse of supplies by monitoring use and replenishment of products ensuring cost effective utilisation. Keep record of stock supplies. Make inputs into types and quality of supplies. Manage supplies to the common areas. Order and re-order supplies as necessaryCleaning materials and equipmentTest new cleaning methods, new equipment, and make recommendations to manager. Control usage of cleaning material ensuring that losses are accounted for, and equipment damages are repaired immediately. Order and re-order supplies as necessary and keep track to control the use of materials. Maintain adequate stock-levels while not overstocking.
