Duties
Maintain the premises
Clean all allocated site offices and restrooms
Preparing of tea and coffee for guests and visitors at Aurum Institute
Prepare boardrooms for meetings
Conduct approved maintenance
Distribution and record keeping of consumables
Record and report all maintenance required to the Operational Manager onsite
Provide recommendations on cleaning products and consumables
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Identify own developmental needs and provide recommendations
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures according to prescribed legislation
Report all unsafe activities to Corporate Operations Manager/Director Corporate Operations
Adhere to decision making procedures
Education
Grade 12
AdvantageousPrior cleaning experience (highly preferred)Experience6 months to 1 year experience of general office hygiene services and maintenance in a corporate environmentRequirements
Confidentiality
SA Citizen or valid work permit to work in South Africa,
Knowledge of basic office etiquette
A high standard for cleanliness
Advanced cleaning skills

Ability to follow instructions
Ability to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision
Physical stamina
Excellent listening and communication skills, including clear speech
