  • Must have a minimum of 10 to 15 yearsxe2x80x99 experience working in Production Management
  • Must have 3 to 5 years Managerial experience in a similar
position managing a team of more than 50 employees * BSc Food Science | Food Technology or Relevant Tertiary Education will be advantageous
  • Food | Fire | Health Safety Certification will be beneficial
  • Excellent knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and HACCP Standards
  • Must have Red Meat Processing Industry experience | Production and Deboning | Abattoir Costing
  • Proficient in MS Office | Abaserve or Meat Matrix
  • Minimum Code 10 Driversxe2x80x99 License Essential | Code 14 will be advantageous
  • Contactable References and Payslips required
Salary Structure:
  • Salary Package negotiable based on experience
