Are you a seasoned leader with a strong background in agribusiness, food distribution, or ? We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the full operations of a well-established organization in the grain milling and food production sector.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and drive corporate performance.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Lead teams across production, sales,
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in commercial, industrial, or logistical operations.
- 5+ years of experience in agribusiness, food distribution, or FMCG.
- Expertise in financial operations, strategic planning, and business development.
- Experience working in CARICOM or a multinational environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to relocate and operate in a
