Job description
The Sales Operations General Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of the sales support call centre. The General Manager will also need to ensure alignment with business strategy and driving sales growth through strategic planning, process improvement and analysis of the sales data.
Minimum 8 years' management experience in Insurance (Project Management/services)
Minimum 5 years' sales experience
Minimum 3 years' experience with commission payments and regulations of such
