Direct and coordinate production pricing, sales and distribution activities
Oversee development of plans, process improvement and performance monitoring
Assign work schedules and duties to direct reports
Review financial statements, sales and performance data to endure goal achievement
Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
Implement departmental goals, policies, and processes
Oversee staffing, training, and address HR issues in coordination with HR
Ensure compliance with regulation, legislations, and policies
Maintain sound employee relations and productive work culture
Ensure efficient service delivery and resolve operational problems
Translate business plans into actions to achieve sales and revenue targets
Manage and develop sales executives, ensuring client satisfaction
Formulate and implement client strategies to meet sales goals
Provide input for and approve annual budgets
Control all departmental resources within budget guidelines
Compile and resent budget reports to the MD
Oversee revenue expenses as well as cashflow management
