Job Description


  • Direct and coordinate production pricing, sales and distribution activities
  • Oversee development of plans, process improvement and performance monitoring
  • Assign work schedules and duties to direct reports
  • Review financial statements, sales and performance data to endure goal achievement
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
  • Implement departmental goals, policies, and processes
  • Oversee staffing, training, and address HR issues in coordination with HR
  • Ensure compliance with regulation, legislations, and policies
  • Maintain sound employee relations and productive work culture
  • Ensure efficient service delivery and resolve operational problems
  • Translate business plans into actions to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Manage and develop sales executives, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Formulate and implement client strategies to meet sales goals
  • Provide input for and approve annual budgets
  • Control all departmental resources within budget guidelines
  • Compile and resent budget reports to the MD
  • Oversee revenue expenses as well as cashflow management
  • Degree or Diploma within Logistics industry
  • Degree or Diploma in Financial Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in a similar position
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Financial Management
