The GM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the broiler production operations within the Agri division. If you thrive in a great culture business, love a team dynamic and believe you can add value to our business, we would love to hear from you.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in agriculture, animal science, business management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Extensive experience in Poultry management environments with a minimum of 10 years leading knowledgeable teams.Strong knowledge of broiler production processes, animal welfare standards, and industry regulationsLiaising at an advanced level with business owners while maintaining professional healthy relationships between stakeholdersDuties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Analysing production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee moraleManage and training the team of Technical AdvisorsCollaborating with other departments within AgriPrepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on departmental performance and initiatives.Familiarity with agricultural technology, equipment, and software systems.Effective communication (both verbal and written) with relevant stakeholders and departments.
