Design and execute risk-based combined assurance plans for financial and operational business areas
Drive innovation in audit approaches, leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies
Collaborate with C-suite executives and OpCo CEOs to provide strategic insights and drive business improvement
Spearhead the cultivation of a high-performance audit culture across the group
Represent the internal audit function in key management and board governance forums
Mentor and develop a diverse team of audit professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growthRequirements:CA (SA) or equivalent qualification, with CIA and/or MBA as added advantages
Minimum 8-10 years of senior management experience, with at least 3 years in telecommunications or related industries
Proven track record of working across diverse cultures and geographies
Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive high-performing teams
In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards and best practices in corporate governance
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at board level
Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and independence
