Requirements:
Grade 12. Business management, accounting would be beneficial
Experience:
10 years senior management experience.
Duties:
Achievement of Financial Objectives and Targets.
Responsible for Sales, Operations and Administration of the branch - Grow Market Share through New and additional business and client retention.
Building of business relationships with customers.
Improving Service Delivery and efficiencies by achievement of Route Optimization KPI's.
Ensure compliance to ISO guidelines.
Uphold Standards of Excellence in all aspects of the Business.
Training and Development of Staff.
Preparation of Monthly and Adhoc reports for Senior Management.
