Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12.
• Computer literate: Ms Office Suite, GAAP.
• Valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle
• Minimum of 3- 5 years experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Customer service oriented.
• Excellent problem solving skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Leading and directing the team in order to meet sales, profit and compliance targets and strict hygiene standards.
• Good understanding of operating a kitchen and managing food cost & labour cost.
• Ensuring the achievement of financial targets by driving sales and tracking daily, weekly & monthly targets.
• Proactively taking appropriate action when required - been solutions driven.
• To efficiently manage and control all operational activities, including customer experience, expenses, stock management, shrinkage, general housekeeping and administration.
• To successfully manage in store execution of all visual merchandising, ensuring that in-store presentation & promotional standards are maintained and the appearance is in line with the brand image.
• Plan, organise and lead the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness within the shop and all assets of the shop.
• Manage stock purchases, availability levels and relationships with suppliers.
• Maintain an up-to-date filling and recording system (cash up and invoices) through the GAAP System.
• Maximise customer satisfaction and maintain a Google rating review between 4 and 5 star.
• Manage, train, assess and supervise staff for exceptional services and maintain competency levels through ensuring that staff have outlined key performance indicators.
