MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Hospitality/Game/Hotel Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a General Manager or Hospitality Management
- Computer literate
- Great people skills and good with staff
- Housekeeping and maintenance Management Experience
- Good financial acumen
- Pro-active and results driven
- Valid drivers license
- Maintenance xe2x80x93 coordinating with suppliers
- Monthly budget planning xe2x80x93 liaise with the owner in Germany
- Human Resources xe2x80x93 Managing the staff (team of 7)
- General Administration
- Planning and delegating tasks to the team then following up
- Meter readings of water and electricity usage
- Stock control
- Construction experience xe2x80x93 there are still apartments to be completed and glamping tents
- Oversee the hospitality manager xe2x80x93 guest accommodation
