SUMMARY:
Garden Route Area - Western Cape: Our client is looking for a General Manager - Hospitality to join the team.Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Hospitality/Game/Hotel Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager or Hospitality Management
- Computer literate
- Great people skills and good with staff
- Housekeeping and maintenance Management Experience
- Good financial acumen
- Pro-active and results driven
- Valid drivers license
- Maintenance - coordinating with suppliers
- Monthly budget planning - liaise with the owner in Germany
- Human Resources - Managing the staff (team of 7)
- General Administration
- Planning and delegating tasks to the team then following up
- Meter readings of water and electricity usage
- Stock control
- Construction experience - there are still apartments to be completed and glamping tents
- Oversee the hospitality manager - guest accommodation
