Job Description


Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or related qualification
  • Experience in a similar human resources environment
  • Postgraduate or Honors Degree in Human Resources Management
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in Senior Management
  • Master HR Practitioner certification, Advanced Labor Relations expertise, SABPP membership
Duties:
HR Policies & Procedures:
  • Develop and implement policies supporting recruitment, retention, remuneration, performance management, and more.
Organizational Development & Change Management:
  • Drive HR function effectiveness and lead organization development initiatives, including workforce development, succession planning, and transformation.
Talent Management:
  • Implement talent management strategies, performance planning, and training development programs.
Employee Relations:
  • Foster positive employer-employee relationships, address labor relations, and manage disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
  • People Management:
  • Establish communication processes, manage HR budgets, and ensure optimal workforce performance through regular feedback and performance reviews.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Lead competitive market research on pay practices, salary structures, and benefits programs to recruit and retain top talent.
HR Information Systems (HRIS):
  • Manage and optimize the HRIS system to streamline recruitment, payroll, and performance management functions
