Job Summary Oversee on site Mine mine development in collaboration with project team Advise on appropriate strategies for operations Develop systems to achieve strategic goals, eliminating non-value adding practices Lead organizational change, including structures, information systems, processes and culture Collaborate on production and profitability objectives Champion product value and quality protecting resources like cash flow, assets, core competencies, morale, reputation, technologies and systems Lead operations to meet national standards, involving risk analysis, scenario planning, benchmarking and best practices Report to stakeholders Mine Managers Certificate of Competency 8 Years' experience as 3.1 legal appointment and 5 years as 4.1 Chrome / PGM experience Open Cast Mine experience Management Development Program beneficial In depth knowledge of mining operations and processesBridge Personnel ccRecruiter
