Requirements:Tertiary qualification that will be relevant to this positionAt least 7 years senior management experience in a similar environmentAt least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environmentProven track record as a successful business leaderIn depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practicesIn depth knowlege of development and implementation of policies and proceduresKnowledge of strategic development xe2x80x93 marketing management, relationship management, sales developmentExperience in financial managementExperience in quality control and quality assurance measures and managementExperience and knowledge in health and safety standardsExperience in managing a maintenance teamExperiene in managing HR and IR including contracts, skills and development trainingAdvanced computer skillsProficient in verbal and written English and Afrikaans
