Job Summary General Manager Midas & Tyremart R25000 - R30000 Neg, plus assistance with housing if the candidate is relocating, good commission structure linked to individual sales as well as the branch net profit, provident fund, medical aid 50/50 / Komatipoort, Mpumalanga Out client is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the smooth operation of thier Midas & Tyremart branch. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business including sales, after sales, customer service, workshop, inventory management, staff supervision, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Midas and Tyremart branch, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability - Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage - Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence - Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations - Develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to support business growth and success Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability - Strong financial acumen and analytical skills - Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices - Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines If you are a results-driven and motivated individual with a passion for the automotive industry, we want to hear from youCompany People 2Recruiter
