Job Summary Job Title: General ManagerHire Resolves client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of their company in Rustenburg, North West. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful management and leadership in a similar role.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective performance
• Manage and motivate staff to deliver high levels of customer service and productivity
• Monitor and report on financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, industry associations, and community organisations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
