Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee our client's operations in the Eastern Cape region. Based in Port Elizabeth, the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, developing strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. You will play a key role in the success and profitability of the company. Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement business strategies
- Drive business growth and profitability
- Ensure operational excellence and efficiency
- Provide leadership and direction to the team
- Play an active role in growing the Food Services Client base
Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualifications and proven experience in a General Manager role in the Food Services / FMCG / Retail Sectors are imperative.Additional qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an FMCG, Food Services Industry
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Management Position
- Sales Management experience advantageous
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer focused
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to lead a team with excellence
