Position Overview
Main Purpose:
The General Manager will manage the KIA brand team, incorporating all the dealership's products and services. This will involve attracting and retaining a strong base of satisfied customers by ensuring that a well-motivated and dedicated team meets customer expectations, while meeting / exceeding the financial objectives of the dealership and its principals.
KIA 92 Rivonia is a new start up establishment the incumbent is required to have quite an extensive knowledge of the brand.

Qualifications and Experience

Matric and/or grade 12.
Min of 2 - 5 years sales experience in the Motor Industry within the KIA brand.
Proven track record in leading and managing people.
Valid Driver's License.
