SalaryMarket related package + BenefitsDescriptionYour main function is to manage both the New Vehicle & Used Vehicle Sales Departments with the focus on maximising sales and profitability and at the same time ensure top customer satisfaction consistently.Duties include and are not limited to:
- Management of both departments sales teams.
- Stock management and evaluations and trade-in vehicles.
- Ensure profitability in the departments and consistently achieve set targets.
- Minimum Tertiary Qualification
- Minimum 3 to 5 years similar working experience at a franchise motor dealership. (Current experience and understanding of the motor industry challenges).
- Knowledge of all regulations including CPA, FICA, POPIA, NCA etc.
- Software knowledge to include MS Office Suite, Kerride / Evolve / Keyloop / Drive etc.
- Clear criminal and credit record and driver's license
