Responsibilities

xc2xb7 Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis

xc2xb7 Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, while adhering to company policies and procedures

xc2xb7 Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to maximize customer loyalty and repeat business

xc2xb7 Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well displayed and easily accessible to customers

Requirements

xc2xb7 Matric certificate or NQF Level 4

xc2xb7 Proven experience in a sales or customer service role

xc2xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

xc2xb7 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

xc2xb7 Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

xc2xb7 Familiarity with basic technology and point-of-sale systems

xc2xb7 Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
