Job Description
The general sales worker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of customers. This role requires effective communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. The general sales worker represents the company and acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring all sales goals are met and customer needs are fulfilled.Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they receive a positive shopping experience.
2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, including features and benefits, to effectively answer customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
3. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, identify suitable products, and upsell or cross-sell merchandise to maximize sales opportunities.
4. Assist in maintaining accurate product inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts to ensure shelves are adequately stocked.
