Job SummaryGerman Speaking Call Centre Agent Western Cape - Cape Town*ENVIRONMENT:A leading outsourcing company in the BPO sector, known for providing top-notch service and innovative solutions, is looking for a German Speaking Call Centre Agent. MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN. The role involves working for a prestigious airline brand across various work streams, assisting passengers with travel-related queries before and after flight departures. Responsibilities include using airline reservation systems, handling voice calls, and managing written correspondence in both German and English.DUTIES:

  • Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams.
  • Assistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in German & English languages.
  • Work on airline reservations systems & handle voice calls in English & German including written correspondence.
  • Fully paid product and systems training provided.
  • Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments.
  • Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.
  • Demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN.
  • Located in South Africa preferrable
  • Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only
  • Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
