• Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communication history using our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of clients media campaigns, including scheduling, content creation, and performance tracking
• Gather feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of our media offerings and services

Requirements for this German speaking Customer Account Advisor job in Cape Town, South Africa:

• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is advantageous
