- Respond promptly to customer inquiries about TV and mobile products and services via email and chat.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Keep up-to-date with product features, specifications, and promotions to deliver informed responses to customer queries.
- Adhere to our clientxe2x80x99s standard operating procedures while assisting customers.
- Ensure software updates are compatible with customer devices.
- Create and process repair orders and provide information on warranty and repair status.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Minimum of 6 months in the current position.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Extensive experience with computers and software systems.
