German SPEAKING Operations Engineer - Hybrid/ Midrand - up to R550 PHPOSITION INFO:Are you ready to pursue a fulfilling career in software development? prominent player in the field of telecoms big data, invites you to join our Platform Team, the team provides the ability to manage advanced distributed processing systems as well provision large cloud-like infrastructure deployments.Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years commercial IT related working experience
- Experience to include delivering operations support and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Provide Production IT Support
- Be the telephone call receipt of IT incidents related to production issues
- Pre-qualify IT-incidents and classify additional relationships
- Fix incidents in IT systems in accordance with User manuals
- Monitor IT system error messages and process accordingly
- Provide guidance throughout the Incident management processes
- Initiate the IT escalation process, when required
- Process email requests
- Serve as an Information channel for Management and end-users
- Work shifts as part of a team providing 24 x 7 x 365 support
